Got Game, an industry-leading physical education company, is seeking a senior Administration and Accounts Manager to support our financial and administrative operations on a part-time (15 to 20 hours per week) basis.
This role combines basic bookkeeping, payroll processing, and general administrative management. Replacing a highly experienced and long-standing team member who is retiring.
The position is structured around school term schedules and holidays, with recurring and predictable cycles of responsibility that can often be done remotely from home.

This position reports directly to the Financial Manager and plays a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll, including entering new employees, managing pay amendments, and completing pay runs in Xero.
Submit timesheets and file completed pay runs with the ATO
Conduct account reconciliations and prepare simple employee reports (e.g. leave balances, leave requests)
Prepare Invoices, approve and send to clients
Handle accounts payable obligations (insurance, WorkCover, vehicle expenses, etc.) and conduct payroll tax preparation
Maintain and update all company compliance documents and staff records
Communicate with clients, staff, and managers regarding financial or administrative matters
Keep all company files and shared documents up to date on Google Drive
Skills and Qualifications
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
Proven experience in basic bookkeeping and payroll processing
Proficiency in Xero (including payroll, pay runs, timesheets, reconciliation, and ATO filings)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) for data transfer, communication and documentation
Experience with Westpac online banking (preferred)
Experience in small business operations (preferred)
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Financial Manager and collaborates remotely with three managers to support Got Game’s financial and administrative needs. It would suit a senior-level office manager who's keen to work from home.
