Job Description

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth of our Odoo ERP implementation business across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional with a deep understanding of the ANZ IT services sector—someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.

Manage and improve digital presence, including SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Create engaging content tailored to the ERP/IT buyer journey—case studies, blog posts, videos, and whitepapers.

Coordinate webinars, online events, and occasional in-person events or trade shows.

Work with the leadership team to refine brand positioning and messaging.

Monitor marketing KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance.

Manage CRM tools (ideally Odoo CRM) for lead tracking and reporting.

About You

Proven experience in marketing within the IT, SaaS, or ERP sectors—ideally with services-based B2B offerings.

Strong understanding of the Australian/New Zealand business environment.

Skilled across both digital (SEO, SEM, email, social) and traditional marketing channels.

Ability to create compelling content and assets, including basic design or video work (or manage freelancers/agencies).

Highly organised, self-directed, and results-oriented.

Experience with Odoo or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a big plus.

Details

Location: Remote (AU/NZ), with some occasional travel for events or workshops.

Type: Part-time, approx. 15–25 hours/week to start.

Rate: $40–$50/hour, depending on experience.
