Naturally Fresh Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables specially to hospitality businesses across Sydney. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

This role is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, product-driven business where accuracy, efficiency, and accountability are key. You will support end-to-end financial operations and reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to process improvement as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports and payroll obligations

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial data entry

Support year-end reporting and liaise with external auditors

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and internal policies

Contribute to improving financial systems and processes

Work closely with operations and procurement teams for cost tracking and analysis

Skills & Experience

Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role

Proficiency in accounting software

Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organisational ability

Experience in FMCG, food services, or logistics industry (Preferred)
