What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare weekly and monthly payroll (including commission-based processing)

Manage Accounts Receivable – invoicing, payment tracking, and debt collection

Assist with Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger tasks

Support the team with asset register, insurance, and reporting

Tackle ad hoc finance tasks and help streamline processes

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary accounting qualification (or working towards)

Payroll and AR experience (Xero a bonus!)

High attention to detail with strong Excel skills

Organised, proactive, and a team player
