THE ROLE
This newly created role is responsible for deal settlement & communication with internal and external stakeholders. Deals are a mix of residential mortgages & commerical lending.

• Over-communicate with stakeholders - you know how important it is to keep everyone updated on the progress of settlements
• Want to learn about loan servcing/ credit / other roles - in this team you'll be cross trained & upskilled on other tasks
• Enjoy process improvement & change management - this business is at an exciting point in their growth strategy and are in the middle of an uplift

You may be coming from a settlements OR credit background (with an interest in settlements). Ideally you'll have non-bank lending experience, or you'll be coming from a banking environment and be looking to join a more nimble environment with less red tape.

Salary c. $100-112,000 including superannuation + discretionary bonus
