Chandler Macleod are excited to be recruiting for an Australian & NZ manufacturer in the construction space.

As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for communicating with customers for all their requests, ranging from order requests to courier tracking; you will truly be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience! This is a permanent position based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Responding to a mix of up to 50 calls and emails daily.
• Create long lasting customer relationships.
• Utilise product knowledge to assist with trouble shooting.
• Escalate any issues where required.
• Tracking all communication

From the point of order placement you will be in touch with customers to ensure a seamless experience; even after the purchase has been complete.

About you

• 3 years experience in a customer support or service role
• Clear verbal communication skills
• Excellent written communication
• An enthusiastic and motivated individual

You will be required Monday to Friday for eight hour shifts between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
