As we step into an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation, we’re on the lookout for a talented and driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales across retail and foodservice—experience in food is a plus.

Manage social media (Facebook & Instagram) and email campaigns with engaging, on-brand content that supports sales goals.

Create compelling digital content—from promos to product highlights—that grows followers and strengthens retail partnerships.

Contribute to content creation through product photography, behind-the-scenes footage, in-store coverage, and retail shoot coordination.

Design user-friendly, visually appealing websites that drive conversions.

Use market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to refine campaigns and maximise results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1-2 years of E-Commerce experience with a passion for food

Experience and knowledge of digital platforms such as Instagram, Snap Chat, Facebook etc.

Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Wix Studio or similar

Creativity and a flair for creating engaging online content

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Strategic Marketing skills with a track record of increasing sales.
