We are entering an exciting new phase with the launch of our brand new E-commerce website. As we expand our digital presence, we're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy, E-commerce Coordinator to help us build and maintain a high quality online product catalogue, that enhances our customer experience and drives online sales.

About the Role:

We're looking for a detailed-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the creation, formatting, and maintenance of accurate product listings on our E-commerce website.

You'll work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure all product content is complete, up to date, visually consistent, and optimised for search.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external partners to gather product content

Source accurate product details from internal teams, suppliers, and trusted external resources

Format product content using correct markdown and tagging

Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools to prepare product images for web

Upload and update product information, images, and specifications in our CMS/E-commerce platform

Maintain consistency and quality across all product pages

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, accurate content

Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools

Comfortable working with website backends or CMS platforms

Ability to present technical content clearly and effectively

Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Friendly, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
