A Marketing and Sales Coordinator should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialised marketing and sales concepts, principles, and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing and sales programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Utilise your marketing, sales and digital skills in our brand-new role within the animal health industry. We are an established market leader in equine health and have expanded into small animal health.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing and sales campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, events planning etc.)
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with sales, marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Sales analysis and reporting
CRM management - ensure the CRM system is kept up to date weekly with accurate information and customer interactions.
Maintain and promote customer relationships
Skills and Experience Required
Qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or sales are advantageous.
Relevant experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the animal health industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop creative marketing and sales campaigns.
Proficient in analyzing marketing data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
Proactive approach to taking on individual tasks and contributing to overall marketing and sales initiatives.
Commitment to understanding customer needs and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions to overcome them.
