The Opportunity
This role is perfect for an experienced Operations Manager (or a Construction Manager ready for their next step) who thrives on overseeing multiple job sites, leading cross-functional teams, and setting the bar for quality, compliance, and operational performance.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery across construction, procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance. Your team will include Area Supervisors, Quality, Service and Procurement Managers. This is a pivotal role with direct influence on the success of large-scale residential communities and signature product lines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead construction operations across NSW to meet time, cost, and quality targets

Oversee Area Supervisors and ensure alignment across Quality, Service, and Procurement

Set and drive short and long-term operational strategies

Manage compliance, WHS, supplier contracts, and legal requirements

Work closely with Executive and Development teams to drive business performance

Champion a customer-first culture through construction and post-handover service

Develop and refine systems and processes to increase performance across all build phases

Build and manage supplier and trade networks aligned to high-end residential offerings

What You’ll Bring

Current NSW Builder’s Licence and experience as a Nominated Supervisor

Background in residential construction (volume or custom), with proven operational oversight

Strong leadership and commercial acumen

Ability to manage diverse teams and embed high-performance culture

Familiarity with high-end construction systems, supplier engagement, and job tracking

Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

A passion for quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional homes
