The Role

You’ll be the hub of day-to-day operations, keeping jobs running smoothly and making sure everyone — from tradies to clients — has what they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating daily operations across multiple roofing sites

Managing scheduling, job timelines, and team availability

Organising tools, materials, and deliveries

Liaising with clients, estimators, and subcontractors

Monitoring job progress and ensuring scopes are completed efficiently

Reporting directly to the owner and providing operational insights

About You

We’re after someone organised, proactive, and easy to get along with. You’ll be the type of person who sees a problem and jumps in to fix it — without being asked.

Experience in operations, scheduling or site coordination (construction/trades background preferred)

Excellent multitasking and time management skills

Strong communicator – you’re clear, calm, and confident

Tech-savvy job management tools

Able to work independently and make smart decisions
