To be able to achieve our vision we need the right people in our team. As such we are looking for a Generalist Administration Officer to join our team to support both the Human Resources and Finance Departments

The Position
As the Executive Support Officer you will support the Executive Team with administration duties, with a focus on Quality; responsible for ensuring the timely update of Benevolent Living policies, procedures and supporting documents, completing quality and continuous improvement tasks.
Skills and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar Quality and or Executive Assistant role essential
A can do attitude, showing initiative and flexibility in the role
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise work and manage time effectively to meet set deadlines.
Advanced Computer literacy, including advanced keyboard skills and technology knowledge (MS Word), web browsing, email, using spreadsheets (MS Excel), data entry and database management (MS Access).
Documentation formatting and filing protocols experience required
Desirable:
A sound understanding of the residential aged care quality framework, including the residential aged care accreditation standards and residential aged care accreditation process.
