About the Role

We are a leading inbound day tour company operating across the Asia-Pacific region. We are currently seeking a Destination Manager to oversee our Sydney tour operations, support local logistics, and maintain service quality for our international guests.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily tour operations in Sydney and nearby areas

Schedule and communicate with local guides and transport partners

Supervise field execution and respond to unexpected situations on-site

Support with pick-up/drop-off or guiding if necessary

Communicate regularly with the head office and contribute operational insights

Ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction during tour activities

Requirements

Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)

Valid Australian driver licence (Class C) – must be able to drive 7–12 seat vans

Confident driving in both city and regional areas

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be legally eligible to work in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related fields (not required but appreciated)

Passion for customer service and on-the-ground problem-solving

Interest in Sydney tourism and local attractions

Work Type: Full-time (3-month probation applies)
Workplace: Hybrid (remote work + field-based responsibilities as needed)
