About the role

Unleashed Dog Training and Grooming is seeking an experienced and organised Administration Assistant to join our growing team at our center in Coolum Beach, Queensland. This is a part-time role, with the possibility of additional hours for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the entire team, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling general enquiries

Greetings clients as they arrive for training and grooming appointments

Maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices and payments

Coordinating the ordering and restocking of retail products

Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Reliable, prompt and self managed

Friendly, approachable and easy to work with

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

Ability to work independently but also as a team player

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A passion for the pet industry and a love of dogs is highly desirable
