No prior industry knowledge or work experience is required, as full training is offered. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, with good attention to detail and proficient IT skills who is a proactive, reliable professional. The role:
To provide assistance and administrative support to the Sales and Customer Experience teams
Answer Inbound and make outbound customer calls to verify sales and welcome customers on-board
Complete assigned daily activities using the CRM system
Assist with responding to customer enquiries that are sent to the company inbox
Use all MS Office applications to complete tasks

What do I need to have?
A love for talking to customers
Passion and a determination to deliver excellence in customer service
Energy industry experience preferred (not 100% required)
A can do, flexible, proactive attitude
Able to juggle conflicting priorities and maintain a positive demeanour
Professionalism with strong written and verbal communications skills
