What You’ll Do

Front-line Support: Answer incoming phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

Retail Sales: Assist customers in our showroom, demonstrating products and processing transactions

Administrative Tasks: Manage order entry, data entry, and general office duties as required

Customer Follow-Up: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and update customers on order status

Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, sales team, and management to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years’ experience in a similar customer service or administrative role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy warehouse/showroom environment
