As the clinic enters a strategic growth phase, we are looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager with hands-on therapist experience to work closely with the CEO and support our team’s performance, development, and daily operations.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position for a confident and experienced therapist ready to step into a leadership role. You will manage the daily clinic flow, mentor staff, drive rebooking and retail performance, and support the growth and culture of the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people leadership and operational structure — with a long-term pathway into a senior management position as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day clinic operations and support a productive, high-performing environment
Provide hands-on treatment when required, maintaining service excellence and leading by example
Guide team performance across KPIs including rebooking, retail conversion, and treatment outcomes
Support training, protocol implementation, and team development plans
Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience throughout all stages of service
Liaise closely with the CEO to execute strategic plans and business growth initiatives
About You
You are an experienced therapist and/or have clinic management experience, who thrives in leadership roles and brings a calm, clear presence to your team and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in skin or beauty therapy
Have experience as a clinic manager or in a leadership role
Strong understanding of clinic operations and service-based KPIs
Natural leadership skills and emotional intelligence
Confidence in retail, rebooking, and treatment plan conversion
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A genuine interest in growing within a fast-paced, evolving business
Career Progression
This position is designed to evolve into a more senior management role within the first 6–12 months. As the CEO focuses on scaling and brand expansion, this role will gain increasing autonomy and responsibility — with full mentoring and support.

Key Performance Indicators – First 90 Days
Performance Targets:
Increase average billable hourly revenue from $40 to $75+ by end of Month 2
Minimum rebooking rate of 70%
Retail-to-service ratio target of 20–30%
Treatment plan conversion: at least 1 in 3 new clients
100% compliance with service standards and treatment protocols
Leadership Targets:
Weekly one-on-one check-ins with team members
Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings (solo or co-led with CEO)
Proactive resolution of service or client issues
Weekly reporting of team KPIs and progress to the CEO
