Coordinate psychology caseload and AHA travel scheduling
Debrief staff post-incidents, coordinate follow-up and policy review
Collaborate with Admin Manager and Owner to maintain service quality
Ensure appointment diaries are optimised for appropriate billing
Assist with social media, student placements, and staff communication

Have a background in healthcare – e.g. allied health, nursing, practice management, or a similar role in a medical or community health setting
Are confident managing a team and juggling multiple priorities
Enjoy improving systems and helping people work at their best
Are a clear communicator who can balance warmth and authority
Are tech-savvy, organised, and proactive
Why Join Us?
Work-life balance: flexible hours, part-time, and hybrid options
Friendly team: positive workplace culture and approachable leadership
Purpose-driven: support a team delivering high-quality care to the community
