The Role:
As our Receptionist & Client Care Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key driver of our growth through building relationships, converting leads, and enhancing the client journey.
This role is for Tuesday (Warriewood clinic), Thursday and Saturday (Brookvale clinic).
What you’ll do:
Lead Conversion:
Respond promptly and warmly to inbound leads and referrals via phone, email, and online platforms, converting enquiries into bookings.
Build trust with prospective clients. clearly explaining how our services can meet their needs.
Referrer Acknowledgement & Engagement:
Acknowledge and thank referrers (e.g. GPs, support coordinators) for their referrals in a timely and professional manner.
Actively identify opportunities to grow referral networks.
Client Experience:
Welcome clients warmly in-person and virtually, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of care and professionalism.
Handle client enquiries and feedback with empathy, ensuring resolution is both timely and satisfactory.
Administration & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and referrer updates in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the clinical and reception teams to ensure smooth workflows and minimise gaps in communication.
Daily invoicing
About You:
You are a great problem solver and able to 'think on your feet'.
You have exceptional communication skills, are empathetic, and ready to answer phone, online and in person enquiries with a smile and commitment to deliver world class customer service.
You’re highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable with multitasking and managing the front desk in a busy environment.
have an eye for detail, and pick up new systems and software with ease.
You’re goal-driven with a natural ability to inspire confidence and action in others.
