Loan Processor / Loan Administration (Mandarin Speaking Preferred)

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Processor / Loan Administrator to join our growing mortgage broking division. In this role, you’ll support our brokers and clients throughout the entire loan process — from application to settlement and post-settlement service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and regulatory compliance. Mandarin language skills are highly regarded due to our growing Mandarin-speaking client base.

Key Responsibilities

Process residential, commercial, and vehicle loan applications from submission through to settlement

Accurately enter and manage client and loan data in CRM and lender systems

Review documentation for completeness and compliance

Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and internal teams to collect required documents and ensure timely updates

Conduct basic product research and support brokers with loan comparisons

Support post-settlement enquiries and help maintain long-term client relationships

Perform administrative and credit-related tasks in line with internal priorities and compliance standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with industry regulations

Essential Skills & Experience:

At Least 1 year experience in loan processing, loan administration, or mortgage broking support

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Broker Engine is a plus)

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

A proactive, positive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Highly Regarded:

Fluency in Mandarin

Broad understanding of the Australian finance, property, and economic landscape

Relevant experience in customer
