Sales & Administration Coordinator – Work from Home with Total Flexibility

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Administration Coordinator to support our growing IT services business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment, enjoys variety in their day, and values the ability to work from home full-time — ideal if you have other commitments such as a young family.
You’ll be the go-to person for sales support, client communications, accounts administration, and project coordination, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Answer and manage client enquiries via phone and email (sales and accounts) — must be confident and professional on the phone.
Prepare and issue quotes for IT solutions including computers, networking gear, VOIP, NBN, and fibre.
Manage procurement, invoicing, and client orders.
Follow up on sales opportunities via Zomentum.
Support project coordination including scheduling, client communications, and documentation.
Oversee accounts receivable, monthly invoicing, and payment processing.
Keep processes, contracts, and ticketing up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in administration, accounts, or sales support roles.
A friendly, professional communicator with strong organizational skills.
Confident and comfortable on the phone with clients.
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
IT industry experience is beneficial but not essential — we’ll provide support and training to help you succeed.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365; familiarity with ConnectWise, Proposify, Zomentum, WHMCS, Xero, or Stripe is a plus (training provided).
