We still retain our original retail showroom in the heart of Wangaratta, but today the growth of our Ecommerce business and nationwide freight is the spearhead of everything we do.
About the Role
Our Sales and Customer service team operate from 9am - 10:30pm, 7 days a week for our online business.
Due to an increase in our ecommerce business we are now expanding this team to serve our customers needs more efficiently.
Immediate start (3 weeks maximum commencement date)

$70,000 pro-rata for the right candidate
3 Week roster cycle
Part Time Role, 3-4 days a week with an opportunity for further hours for the right person.
4 day long weekend every 3 weeks.
Every 3 weeks you will spend a week in our showroom with our experienced sales team.
The other 2 weeks in the cycle you will WORK FROM HOME, assisting our late night shoppers with their sales queries via our chat platform. Most work is completed over the chat platform, the occasional customer may prefer to speak over the phone to assist with their furniture shopping.
You will use your time in our showroom every 3 weeks to become a market expert and spend the remaining 2 weeks of the cycle answering queries from home in the afternoon/evenings.
