🔍 The Role – Speech Pathologist

As a Speech Pathologist at OnTrack, you will:

Provide assessment and therapy for children with speech, language, communication, fluency, and/or feeding challenges.

Opportunities for group therapy

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans.

Build trusting relationships with families and confidently communicate about children’s strengths, needs, and progress.

Engage in team meetings, case discussions, and shared care planning for children with complex needs.

You will have the autonomy to shape your caseload and working hours while being fully supported by a dedicated team of experienced clinicians.

🧩 Who We're Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

Registered with Speech Pathology Australia

2+ years of clinical experience (preferred), or confident graduate with strong interpersonal skills

Experience supporting neurodivergent children (e.g., Autism, ADHD) is highly valued

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and family-centred care

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Current Working with Children Check and relevant insurances
