Fuel Rescue – Sales & Response Coordinator (Work from Home)

National roadside assistance company looking for a proactive and effective inbound sales and customer service agent. Our Dispatch team is the core of our business come join a growing team with Australias number one brand for helping motorists when they suffer a missfueling event.

The Successful Candidate

-Proven record of excellence in sales and customer service.

-Fulltime position working rotating shifts covering (morning, evenings, and weekends)

-The ability to work under pressure and remain calm. Empathic and understanding, you can turn a stressful situation into a success story.

- Superior communication skills both written and verbal. You know Australia, is your home. Superior geographical understanding.

- The ability to gain a high level of knowledge and understanding of company guidelines and procedures.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for drivers in distress due to misfuelling

Help drivers in need using empathy to convert inbound calls to sales

Coordinate technicians across Australia using our booking platform and real-time tools

Collect deposits, enter jobs into our platform, and follow through to completion closing of jobs from end to end.

Communicate with customers and techs via phone, Gmail, WhatsApp, and SMS

Apply if you have:

-2+ Years of experience in a call centre.

-Passion for Customer service.

-Proficient Google Chrome and Suite user.

-Experience in working from home

-Beneficial:: technical experience in the Auto repair or the Automobile industry

Perfect for candidates who have experience working in a Dispatch role with an Australian roadside assistance or Mobile repair outfit.
