Looking for experienced Administration Officer with experience with Property and Infrastructure for our government clients. Multiple positions and ideally looking for someone to join their team ASAP.
Location: Perth CBD and surrounds
Client: Government
Hourly Rate: $50 - $60 p/h plus super
Contract: Temp 1-6 months with possibility of extension
Onsite
ASAP start
Duties:
- Demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
- Proven ability to develop, review, negotiate, and implement agreements that align with asset
- management strategies and operational requirements.
- Experience in managing Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and co-location arrangements within a government or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in issuing statutory approvals - particularly in areas such as Building Permits, Development Applications, or other construction-related approvals.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes involving legislative and regulatory requirements, and be confident navigating applicable systems, applications, and frameworks.
