Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a short-term opportunity with a supportive and well-established team? My client is currently seeking a Temporary Property Manager to step into a floating role for 2 weeks, providing essential support to an inner Perth-based agency.

About the Role:
This is a Monday to Friday position, commencing on Monday, 5th August, for a 2-week assignment.

Hours: 9AM - 5PM (flexibility to accommodate an earlier finish - if needed)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can confidently step in and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support across a well-run portfolio as a floating Property Manager
• Conduct routine inspections, property viewings, and final bonds as needed
• Liaise with tenants and owners in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with maintenance coordination and general admin duties

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager (essential)
• Current WA Certificate of Registration
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Strong client service focus and follow up
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Impeccable organizational skills
