Social Media Manager / Creative Director | Hybrid | Melbourne

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Social Media Manager / Creative Director to lead digital strategy and creative execution across multiple premium brands in the wellness, lifestyle, and luxury space.

Think: storytelling that stirs emotion. Strategy with soul. Aesthetic that makes people stop scrolling. You’ll be the creative lead behind brand worlds, not just feeds.

You’ll work closely with our founders and brand managers to conceptualise, plan, and execute high-level content across multiple social media platforms, with a clear focus on engagement, storytelling, and brand equity.

You are:

An experienced Social Media Manager or Creative Lead (minimum 2+ years experience required)

Deeply strategic, yet wildly creative

A strong writer with a sharp visual eye

Obsessed with premium aesthetics, elevated content, and digital storytelling

Skilled in short-form video (editing, scripting, shooting direction)

Confident managing multiple brands and switching tone of voice seamlessly

Up-to-date on platform trends, culture, and content that converts

What you'll own:

Content strategy and execution across multiple high-end brands

Creative direction of photo/video shoots and campaigns

Content creation: reels, carousels, stories, ads

Social copywriting, scheduling, and reporting

Influencer briefs and creative collaborations

Growth strategy and performance insights
