We’re expanding the team to increase our capacity for new clients and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us and help manage our clients’ social accounts.

A lot about you:
As an Account Manager, you will be an expert at dealing with clients and managing your team on deliverables. You’ll have a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and how it contributes to the broader marketing landscape. While predominantly operating in the Social Media Management space, a solid understanding of paid advertising goes a long way.
You'll have impeccable attention to detail and an eye for quality content design with experience conceptualising new & interesting post ideas across a range of industries. You're very thorough in your client management, can operate autonomously and within a team and have a track record of great record keeping, follow-ups, retention and recognising opportunities for upselling and general proactivity.
You'll spend your time talking with our clients, strategising their success, managing your content team and applying your creative flair in conceptualising & reviewing meaningful content that benefits our clients’ social accounts and produces strong results.
What will your day look like?
Speaking with clients around requirements, results and concerns.
Onboarding & strategy generation for new clients.
Internal & Remote team management to meet client deliverables.
Regular analysis and reporting on results, social media metrics and performance.

We would love you to have:
2-5 years Account Management & Digital Marketing experience.
2+ years Digital Marketing Agency experience essential.
Expertise & experience in results focused Social Media Management.
Thorough understanding of copywriting / proofreading & an eye for design.
Experience managing clients, key stakeholders & team members.
Established organisation skills that are adaptable to a new work environment.
An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly.
Track record of successful work with high profile clients.
Added Bonus Criteria:
Experience with retention / upselling.
Understanding of Social / Google Advertising & other digital marketing channels.
Influencer/UGC Management experience.
