About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our team in our Brisbane or Townsville office. This pivotal role supports the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer, while also providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team and assisting with Company Secretary functions.

About You:
You are a highly organised professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You're confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and you bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation will be key to your success in this role.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
A basic understanding of consulting business operations is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer.
Deliver general administrative and organisational support to the Executive Leadership Team.
Prepare and format reports, letters, meeting agendas and minutes and confidential documents with accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate events such as conferences, sponsorships, workshops, and client events.
Organise travel and logistics for the Executive Leadership Team including international travel.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Managing Director.
Required Skills:
10+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a dynamic leadership team.
Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities with competing deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
Demonstrated experience in taking and preparing board meeting minutes and executive-level documentation.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
