A fast-growing software company is expanding its ANZ presence, and they’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to be part of it.
This SDR role is designed for early career sellers who are ready to accelerate their trajectory. Whether you’ve spent the last 6 months in SaaS or built your sales foundation over 12+ months in a phone-based B2C role, this is your chance to step into a commercially strategic, tech-forward environment where curiosity, communication, and adaptability are rewarded.
What you’ll be doing
- Participate in a structured onboarding program, including product deep dives, mentoring and enablement support
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, digital channels, and industry events
- Engage outbound prospects that align with the ICP using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoConsensus and Salesforce
- Personalise your approach using research-led outreach across phone, email and social
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team, ensuring seamless handover
- Collaborate with marketing on content, messaging and campaign insights
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to support campaign attribution and pipeline visibility
- Attend virtual or in-person events to enhance your industry knowledge and support lead conversion
You’re the right fit if you:
- Have 6+ months of SaaS sales experience or 12+ months of B2C phone-based sales experience
- Communicate with clarity, confidence and empathy — especially with mid-market prospects
- Learn quickly and enjoy understanding complex products and real customer challenges
- Work with structure and discipline, managing your day proactively
- Bring energy to team collaboration and are open to coaching and feedback
- Are comfortable using (or keen to learn) tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoConsensus
