I’m working with a fast-growing ANZ software company that’s expanding their Sales Development team. They’re looking for someone with solid experience in SMB sales. Someone who’s ready to move into the mid-market space and learn from a manager that will back them all the way.

This SDR role sits within the marketing function, bridging the gap between campaign engagement and sales execution. You’ll be qualifying inbound leads and running thoughtful outbound outreach to targeted accounts. It’s a mix of research, communication, and collaboration AND it plays a key part in driving revenue.

  • Has 6 months + of experience in SMB tech sales and is ready for more

  • Wants to be part of a collaborative team and grow within a supportive environment, and can be in the North Sydney office 3 days a week to learn from the team
  • Interest in the relationship between sales and marketing is a plus!
