About the role

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Strive to achieve weekly sales targets

Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in store and at our customers homes.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries

We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions:

Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.

All training on products and industry standards relating to installation is provided.

A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.

As we are a retail business you MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS but a flexible roster that works with you needs can be met.
