We are in search of a Sales & Customer Service Representative who is deeply dedicated to helping customers, boosting sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Role:

The primary goal of this role is to prioritize customer satisfaction, manage over-the-counter and phone-based retail trade sales, enquiries, and quotations, all while providing service excellence to our highly valued clients.

We seek an individual who is well-presented, self-motivated, and equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Work Day Requirements:

Monday to Friday

Saturdays (bi-weekly rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

In our Sales & Customer Service role , you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Assisting Trade and Retail customer enquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Building relationships with customers
• Phone orders and Enquiries
• Conducting in-person and phone sales
• Preparing and processing of customer quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and customer payments, ensuring a seamless follow-up to order delivery
• Actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling
• Works with team & Co-operates with other departments to fulfill customer orders
• Operates point of sale (POS) system to transact sales
