We’re expanding our team and looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to guide clients through emergency situations.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound leads and on-site assessments in real time (emergency response setting)

Convert emergency service inquiries into approved restoration jobs

Guide clients through the restoration process

Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain detailed communication records

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must be available to work remotely a few days a week, for after hour calls

Proven experience in sales or client management

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly under pressure

Clear understanding of how to sell and handle objections confidently

Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage multiple client interactions per day, both on-site and over the phone

Full driver's licence and ability to travel locally (Sydney metro)

Fluency in English (spoken and written)
