Balance Mobility is a family owned, Gold Coast based business where we provide best practice Mobility Equipment to the Aged Care and NDIS Sector.

The position will be full time at Biggera Waters.

To be successful in this role you must enjoy working in an accounts and administration department, have comprehensive computer skills and have excellent attention to detail. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and places great importance on teamwork and collaboration.

About the Role

Due to exceptional growth, We’re looking for a capable and detail oriented Accounts and Administration assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our accounts and administration team to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by supporting everything from invoicing and company set ups to regulatory lodgements and data management.

While you won’t be client facing in an advisory capacity, you’ll play a vital behind the scenes role keeping documentation accurate, deadlines on track, and systems up to date. If you love well organised processes and have a sharp eye for detail, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and reconciling accounts payable

Debtors chasing (accounts receivable)

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

General administrative support and office duties

Maintain structured digital filing systems for all client and entity records

Assist in uploading required compliance documentation to relevant parties

Creating quotes and uploading invoices via various portals as required.

Overseeing incoming emails from clients, suppliers and medical professionals. Being able to efficiently delegate or respond to E-Mail and telephone enquiries

The ability to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential and confident manner.

Flexibility, adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Highly competent computer skills, including Canva, Word, Excel, Outlook and One drive.

The ability to attend to client’s needs in a genuine and empathetic manner.

Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads.

Please note - A Police check or the ability to obtain one will be a requirement for this role.

Experience with NDIS, DVA or Home Care Packages and portals would be highly regarded but not necessary.
