We’re on the hunt for a confident and creative Marketing Coordinator Team Lead to guide a dynamic team of content creators, designers, and marketers. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help grow and maintain the global presence of a well-established and respected manufacturer.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and coordinating marketing projects alongside the National Marketing Manager
• Overseeing content creation for digital and print platforms, including editorials, blogs, price books, flyers, and social media
• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, tradeshows, and campaigns
• Coordinating direct mail campaigns, marketing fulfilment duties, and branded advertising content
• Collaborating across departments to deliver timely and impactful marketing solutions
• Managing project timelines and task allocation, while removing roadblocks for your team

What do you need?

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent on-the-job experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar marketing role
• Advanced Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technically minded with an ability to understand and market a product
• Leadership experience or strong potential
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
