Located on Brisbane’s Northside, Ready Bake is an Australian owned manufacturer of premium pastry products and is looking to employ a suitably qualified Marketing Coordinator. The organisation operates in a business-to-business environment supplying a national network of distributors who in turn, supply different market segments within the foodservice industry.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will report to the Marketing Manager and together, will work closely with the State Sales Managers and National Business Manager in implementing various sales and marketing strategies whilst providing excellent work variety.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with product photoshoots, branding activities, advertising, and tradeshows

Produce marketing collateral using brand templates

Liaise with Printers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, iPad App Developers, and Merchandise Suppliers

Support New Product Development and R&D initiatives

Assist with providing administrative and operational support to the National Sales Team

Assist in preparation of Sales Data Analysis and Reports for Management

Undertake other duties as required

Skill Requirements

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat)

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel

Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Creative problem-solving mindset

Qualification Requisite

To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

This is an entry-level position, so prior experience isn’t essential.
