As a Marketing Coordinator for a Project Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives for residential real estate projects and their property management and residential sales teams. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and project teams, you will contribute to the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies that elevate our clients' developments and attract potential homebuyers. Your expertise in real estate marketing and ability to multitask effectively will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

The Role:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each residential project's unique features and target audience.
• Coordinate the creation of captivating marketing materials, including brochures, websites, virtual tours, and other collateral, in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to generate leads and drive engagement.
• Coordinate and execute event marketing initiatives, including open houses, launch events, and property showcases, to enhance brand awareness and engage potential buyers.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager and project stakeholders to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in implementing SEO strategies and optimising website content to enhance project visibility and search engine rankings.

About you:

• Proven experience in marketing for residential real estate projects or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles, customer segmentation, and market positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting engaging marketing content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
