We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

With a “can-do” attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving marketing performance across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for marketing and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and distribute the company’s fortnightly email newsletter

Manage and maintain the Ray White marketing platform (Brand Central)

Proof and approve property marketing materials

Book and manage advertising across print and digital platforms

Assist in planning and executing company events, auctions, and seasonal campaigns

Liaise with external suppliers and manage event logistics

Maintain and update agent profiles, company websites, and RateMyAgent pages

Coordinate community initiatives and promotional campaigns

Support invoicing and billing tasks in collaboration with the Accounts team

Prepare and submit content for award programs and media opportunities

Assist with basic social media posting and advertising coordination

Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Previous experience in marketing, or administration preferred

Confidence using digital tools and basic design or social media platforms

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
