Launching in mid-2025, we’re redefining golf entertainment with a 600-person hospitality hub, world-class tech, and unforgettable vibes. And guess what? We need a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story, grow our community, and make Landers Pocket the place everyone is talking about.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing creative ideas to life, and has a strong grasp of digital marketing channels. From crafting compelling content and running targeted ads to optimising emails and keeping our website fresh, you’ll be hands-on across all things digital. It’s a role with plenty of variety, ownership, and room to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Campaigns & Advertising
Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and Twitter.
Manage ad budgets, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and A/B test creatives to drive results.
Social Media Management
Develop and manage a social media content calendar that reflects our brand voice and business goals.
Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok (including Reels and Stories).
Monitor channels, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and stay on top of trends.
Email Marketing
Build, schedule and send email campaigns including newsletters, promotions and automations.
Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously refine for best results.
Website & Content Maintenance
Keep website content up to date (banners, landing pages, event details, blog posts).
Support with SEO basics like meta data, image alt tags, and page structure.
Liaise with web developers to ensure smooth UX and functionality.
Reporting & Insights
Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track performance across platforms.
Prepare monthly reports showing digital marketing KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
Bring data-driven recommendations to the table to improve outcomes across all channels.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, sales) and external partners or agencies.
Ensure consistent branding, tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Assist with broader marketing initiatives and activations as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
Strong experience managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter).
Hands-on with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or other PPC tools.
Basic SEO & web content management skills.
Proven ability with analytics tools (Google Analytics, FB Insights, Ads Manager).
Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand communication skills.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience with video editing or content creation tools.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and landing page optimisation.
Previous involvement in driving bookings, membership funnels, or conversion-based campaigns.
