They are currently seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:
Reporting to an experienced Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts across all departments and projects. You will work as part of a close-knit team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support marketing activity across multiple residential projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and alignment with strategy
• Plan and schedule organic social media content across platforms in line with project goals.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to monitor campaign performance, lead flow, and report key insights.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers to manage briefs, assets, and expectations.
• Stay adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all marketing touchpoints.
• Keep across market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to support strategic decision-making.

Experience Required:

• Experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally in property or a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
• Calm, organised, and thrives under pressure.
• Clear communicator with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Confident managing internal teams and external suppliers with precision.
• Collaborative and respectful in stakeholder relationships.
• Curious and eager to learn, grow, and evolve.
