We’re on the hunt for a Bar Manager to join our crew as we level up for a big summer ahead.

We’re a fast-paced, community-focused brewery with a strong emphasis on great service, quality food, and a top-tier beer and drinks offering. With a new bar space opening soon, we're expanding — and we’re looking for someone to help us lead from the front.

You’ll be responsible for:

Running shifts and managing day-to-day bar operations

Leading and supporting the front-of-house team

Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

Delegating tasks and maintaining high standards across the venue

Helping to refine our drinks offering and elevate the guest experience

Support with ordering, stock management and rostering

We’re after someone who:

Has experience managing a team in a bar, pub, or hospo setting

Thrives in fast-paced service environments

Knows how to balance good vibes with solid leadership

Can maintain consistency and quality while keeping the team motivated

Brings a passion for good beer, good food, and good people

Bonus Points if you

Have experience with craft beer or brewery venues

Know your way around stock management and rostering

Are excited to be involved in training and mentoring staff

Want to grow with the business as we expand
