About the Role
Join International Mowers' dynamic Sydney team on the back of our agreement to acquire Atom Industries. This senior sales position will be managing our NSW dealer network of 500+ partners and require you to drive sales growth across our premium product portfolio including Atom edgers and Scag mowers, while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage dealer relationships and sales performance across NSW for Atom, Scag and other product lines
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory targets
• Coordinate marketing displays and promotional activities with dealer partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within NSW market
• Process international sales orders for Atom products and coordinate logistics
• Resolve & process product warranty claims
• Support spare parts sales & technical customer enquiries
• Collaborate with production team on inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Prepare regular performance reports & customer proposals
• Undertake regular travel for customer visits and relationship management
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience with demonstrated business growth results • Current Australian driver's licence (clean driving record preferred)
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Flexibility to travel extensively throughout NSW and occasionally interstate
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor environments when required
Highly Regarded
• Experience with vegetation management or agricultural equipment
• Knowledge of dealer/distributor sales models
• Computer literacy including CRM and inventory management systems
• Customer service and relationship management experience
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or related field

Physical Requirements
This role requires regular travel, occasional lifting of equipment up to 25kg, and ability to work in various weather conditions during customer visits.
