As the Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning every aspect of the department’s performance – from stock control to strategy, sales to standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in steering the team’s success and maximising profitability.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Drive the profitability and performance of the used car department

Take full control of stock levels, advertising, pricing, and promotions

Oversee the presentation and preparation of every used vehicle on-site

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Collaborate with Finance and Aftermarket teams to maximise every deal

Deliver consistent and high-quality reporting to the General Sales Manager

Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and customer demand
