About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base across a broad range of print solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and mentoring a small but dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify and close new business opportunities across various industries

Manage and nurture long-term client relationships

Collaborate with internal production and design teams to deliver tailored print solutions

Track performance, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in the printing, signage, or related industries)

Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills
