Field Sales Manager

CSG Talent has an opportunity for a Sales Manager, ideally with an electrical trade background, to work for a market leading electrical & automation company. A flexible working environment can be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 6 Account Managers nationally.
• Driving sales through coaching, helping the team to plan and go out on the road with them visiting customers.
• Growth of solution sales services to the industrial sector, focusing on end-users, OEM's and electrical contractors.
• Implement company strategies across the team.
• Understand market analysis/trends, where markets are heading and plan accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Sales Management experience. This role would be ideal for a State Sales Manager looking to step up into a National position.
• Ideally will have an electrical trade background.
• Ability to lead from the front, demonstrable background of improving the commercial capability of his/her team.
• Need to be good with CRM's, provide coaching & reports and interpret market data.
• A self -starter, motivated and has a positive leadership attitude. Proactive, not reactive.
• Previous background of working within automation or electrical wholesale will be considered.
• Must be prepared to travel interstate.
