Our client is a well known and highly respected multi franchised new car dealership located in the New England area of NSW. They are seeking to employ an experienced Used Car Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, applicants must have current or recent franchised dealership experience at a minimum of Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Sales Manager level. You will have strong sales, closing, management, people handling and financial skills, and be able to motivate your team leading by example. You will have the drive and energy to lift your department to achieve its potential.

Salary is envisaged initially to consist of a $65k - $70k retainer + Com + Super + Car / Allowance.
