Our client is a global powerhouse in critical infrastructure technology and services, revolutionising enterprise infrastructure and data centre landscapes. They are seeking a passionate Enterprise Sales Manager to expand their footprint in New South Wales. This is an opportunity to play a key role in their success story and accelerate your own career growth.

You will lead, inspire, and manage your team to drive growth in NSW, increasing our client’s market penetration and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will instil a customer-centric mentality and a sense of urgency while managing the full sales cycle and coaching a team of sales engineers to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and elevate a team of three, cultivating their skills to become the next generation of leaders.
  • Drive revenue generation, sales growth, and profitability targets within the Enterprise and Commercial & Industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy to maximise market potential and expand into new and existing customer accounts.
  • Deliver clear and accurate sales forecasts and propose effective action plans to management on a regular basis.
  • Foster strategic, long-term partnerships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
  • Work collaboratively across the business with management, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive growth and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales and business development experience within Critical Infrastructure, HVAC, or a Thermal business.
  • Previous sales team management experience.
  • A proven track record of developing sales teams, exceeding targets, and delivering growth.
  • A results-driven, new business 'hunter' mindset combined with a consultative, customer-first approach to building partnerships.
