Workfast is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing logistics and delivery team at a premium property styling company in Banksmeadow, NSW.

This is a hands-on, full-time role perfect for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in smooth, organised operations.

We’re seeking a capable and proactive manager with a strong background in warehouse or logistics management, excellent leadership ability, and a solutions-focused mindset. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring high standards of safety and organisation.

What You Need

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Forklift licence
• Manual driver’s licence (required)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Physically capable of handling large furniture items
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Confident with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and managing a team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers
• Overseeing warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch
• Creating and managing staff rosters and delivery schedules
• Responding to daily operational issues with fast and effective problem-solving
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and highly organised
• Upholding compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
• Assisting with deliveries or collections as required
