Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who will lead and manage all facets of warehouse operations, including a focus on workplace safety.

The role includes overseeing daily tasks such as receiving, storing, inventory management, and the distribution of goods, while ensuring that all operations comply with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices.

In addition, the role will manage a small Quality Assurance Team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily warehouse operations - shipping, receiving, inventory, and staff scheduling

Ensure warehouse productivity and performance targets are achieved

Support manufacturing and production with item picking

Collaborate with internal departments and external courier partners to meet business objectives

Conduct inventory cycle counts - analyse variances, and implement process improvements

Lead and manage three warehouse staff members

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Implement and lead important OH&S requirements (warehouse and factory)

In addition, lead and manage a small Quality Assurance team of two staff members

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do mindset

Proven experience managing compliance, safety, and operational reporting

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and influence others

Proficiency with warehouse management systems

Willingness and physical ability to perform warehouse tasks and safely operate equipment (when required)

Requirements

Must have a valid Forklift Licence

Own transportation
